Opening Parade to signal the start of Panagbenga 2007. This will be participated by representative contingent of volunteers as well as drum and lyre and street dancing participants of elementary students in the city. Competitions between drum and lyre including street dancing contingent among elementary students will follow after the parade and short opening program. |
