RESERVATION POLICIES

1.	Reservations are deemed FINAL AND CONFIRMED *only* upon payment of a CONFIRMATION FEE equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total account.
2.	Deposits may be made at the Front Office, G-CASH, Credit Card or may be coursed through bank deposit to: Bank Name: Bank of the Philippine Islands Baguio-Burnham Branch Account Name: Bloomfield Hotel Account No. : 0563-7910-63
3.	Cancellations and re-booking of a CONFIRMED reservation shall only be allowed at least 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the reserved date. A 10% (ten percent) cancellation charge shall be applied. Reebooking shall be allowed within 60 (sixty) days upon cancellation. For cancellations made 1 (one) day prior to check-in, a 30% (thirty percent) cancellation charge shall be applied. Any and/or all reservation fees/deposits shall be forfeited in favor of BLOOMFIELD HOTEL in case of no-show or invalid cancellations.
